We can produce gratings in a wide range of sizes and configurations, with a production speed of up to 3 linear meters per minute. This flexibility allows us to meet individual customer requirements for various applications in industrial settings such as oil rigs, refineries, and fertilizer plants. Our cross bars are securely fused to the bearing bars through our electro-forging process that combines intense hydraulic pressure with a powerful electric current weld. This enables us to provide customers with standard panels or customized sizes based on their specific needs.
