An expansion of Al Othman Holding Company’s core business for steel manufacturing, it is the Kingdom’s first and only fully automated pole factory. Its factory situated in Dammam, Eastern Province, consists of three plants with a total area of 50,000 M2. Tazez quickly became a “Market Leader” due to its use of modern equipment. The Automatic Robotic and CNC Machine enables high-quality products and mass production reaching an annual capacity of 40,000 Tons / Annum.
Tazez is approved by Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Company SABIC, SASO, the National Guard, Modon, as well as the Municipalities across the Kingdom. It has also completed projects in neighboring GCC countries, where it has worked for Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (MRME) in Oman and the Public Work Authority (Ashghal) in Qatar. The company is also an AWS Affiliated Member and part of the American Galvanizer Association.
Further proving its commitment to care for the Environment and the Health and Safety of our employees and visitors throughout our production processes, Tazez has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015 for its Galvanizing Plant and is the proud recipient of accreditations such as the ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
The company manufactures all types of poles, Steel Grating, Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG), Light & Medium Structural Steel and Outdoor Lighting.
Near the end of 2014, Tazez started the Structural Steel Division which offers in-house engineering services that utilize the expertise of a specialized team and the latest and best software in design and detailing to fabricate 15,000 Metric Tons of Steel Structures.

Established in 1967 by chairman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Othman as a trading and contracting company, a decade later it turned into a material supplier agency of spare parts to the Industrial market under the name of Al-Othman Industrial Marketing Company ltd. In 1982, Al-Othman Agricultural Production & Processing Company (NADA) was established and succeeded to become one of the largest dairy’s product supplier in the region and a household name.
The early thousands saw the diversification and expansion of the Group’s growth into different sectors with Systems of Strategic Business Solutions (SSBS), the group’s IT Business Solutions subsidiary, (GOTECH), the Oil and Gas Technology for exploration and production, in addition to UltraPAK PET AL-Othman, making the holding a leader in the packaging industry across the GCC.
In 2007, United Steel Grating (USG) was established to serve industrial complexes and plants by manufacturing high quality automatic welded steel gratings.
